Hello! I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist in-training. My training and practice is rooted contemporary western vinyasa, the energetic practices of Kundalini yoga and my current exploration in Viniyoga and Yoga Therapy. I value strength-building in a functional and regenerative way and I bring along my background in physical fitness including trainings in pilates, Total Barre, barre3 and myofascial release. My intention for these classes is community care. With all that is happening in the greater human community I believe there is a great deal of resilience to be stoked when we tend to our selves in a kind and gentle way through pranayama (breathwork), meditation, movement, chanting and singing.
